About Me
Hello there! I’m Mike Lugenbell, a bearded, versatile guy who loves exploring new experiences and diving into the deep end of life. As an Army veteran who served as an 88M with the 10th Mountain Division and completed a tour in Iraq, I’ve seen and done quite a bit. After transitioning from the military, I spent 10 years in civilian law enforcement across various cities in Missouri, working as a Sheriff officer and LEO.
When I’m not working, you can find me indulging in my passions for scuba diving and enjoying the occasional victory toast from the skulls of my adversaries (metaphorically speaking, of course). My love for scuba diving led me to co-found Undersea Warriors, a non-profit organization that offers scuba therapy to veterans and first responders suffering from PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Undersea Warriors is dedicated to helping others heal and find solace through the immersive and therapeutic experience of scuba diving. It’s a fantastic way to connect with nature, overcome challenges, and gain a renewed sense of purpose.
In my free time, I also dabble in a variety of hobbies and interests, making sure life is always an adventure. Feel free to join me on this journey and explore the fascinating world we live in together!
